Devil’s Garden 1

Peeking out from behind the arch in Devil’s Garden, just outside of the Eastern Grand Staircase of Escalate, Utah, the early morning sun reflects off the sides of the arch, emitting a feeling of peace and harmony, accentuating the profound beauty of Mother Nature.

Lower Calf Creek Falls 1

These majestic falls, a 4 mile hike from the Calf Creek Campground, 15 miles east of Escalate, are 130 feet high flowing into a deep swimming area beneath, dark an emerald green as the surrounding foliage.

Lower Calf Creek Falls 2

After a 4-mile hike through mineral-streaked cliffs of Navajo Sandstone, beaver ponds, and prehistoric wall art from the Calf Creek Campground, Escalante, Utah, I took this photo of the breathtaking beauty of 130-foot-high majestic falls diving into the emerald green swimming area, flanked by massive cliff walls. The entire creek is surrounded by greenery, but more noticeably under the spray of the waterfall.

The Awakening 1

Singing Canyon, a slot canyon located along the Burr Trail outside of Boulder, Utah, is approximately .5 miles deep with 80-foot-tall walls highlighted in red, purple, and pink colorations. This photo was taken at the far end of Singing Canyon, catching the small beam of light, atop the back crevice, highlighting the magnificent colors of the red rock walls.
